Individual counseling offers clients the ability to look deeply into their lives to find meaning and discover paths to achieve goals. My focus is on creating a positive therapeutic relationship with each client by creating a safe and understanding environment. I strive to design a method for treatment that is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Using a combination of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, ACT, and Person Centered, I find clients are able to gain personal insight and move forward in a values directed manner.
