We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
-Less than 24-hour notice= $100 late cancellation fee (LAC & LPC therapists)
or $50 late cancellation fee (Interns)
-Less than 2-hour notice or no show= full session fee ($85 for Interns, $135 for LAC and $160 for LPC)
Children & Teens (all legal parents/guardians are highly encouraged to be present for initial session)
*Just Be Counseling Services offers both telehealth and in-person sessions. For telehealth sessions, your secure telehealth link is located in your personal client portal. Or, if you sign up for email reminders, you will receive a link via email 72 hours before your scheduled session.
